The fear is real

Nobody wants to train their replacement. And the media hasn't helped. Every headline is about AI taking jobs. So when we walk in and say "we're deploying AI agents," people get nervous.

We get it. But that fear is based on a misunderstanding of what these agents actually do.

What agents handle

Think about your team's day. How much of it is spent on work that requires genuine human judgment? Probably about 20%. The rest is routing emails, chasing overdue levies, logging maintenance requests, formatting meeting minutes, and following up on things that should have been automated years ago.
