Your building.
Less on your plate.
Run your own body corporate? Share the organising with your neighbours. Bloc prepares quote requests and brings owners into the next decision, so every repair doesn’t keep coming back to you.
$29 per building + $3 per habitable lot / month. AUD, excluding GST where applicable. Repair work separate.

Somehow, it all
comes back to you.
You organise the body corporate around your own work and life. Then a quote needs chasing, a neighbour wants an update and nobody knows who booked the plumber. Bloc helps you share the information and keep each repair moving, while the owners keep the say.

Get the details together.
Owners report through WhatsApp, email or the dashboard. They review the summary and photos to share, then follow one case with their committee.

Make the next decision clear.
Bring quotes and questions together, review the next action and keep the approval with the work it relates to.

Follow through to the repair.
Keep trade replies, booking details and remaining issues visible, so a job doesn’t disappear after the vote.
See what comes back to you.
Follow a repair from the owner’s report through quote requests, the spending decision and the trade’s visit. Switch between the voting owner and the neighbour organising the work.
The organiser reviews messages to trades. Owners decide which work to approve.

Report a repair in WhatsApp.
Share what happened and attach photos to get started.Keep the say.
Share the follow-up.
Bloc sends the quote requests you approve, keeps trade replies together and brings owners into the next decision. Neighbours can respond by email, on the dashboard or through their connected WhatsApp chat.
Use the plumber and electrician your building already trusts. You review who gets contacted and what work is approved.

“Any news?”
Bloc can answer that.
Owners can ask Bloc for a repair update in WhatsApp. The answer comes from the case record: what’s been agreed, what’s still outstanding and what happens next.
The quotes, decisions and updates stay with your building, ready for the next owner who takes over the organising.

A few practical questions.
Something else on your mind?
Talk to Jason, Bloc’s founder
Is Bloc for a self-managed body corporate?
Yes. Bloc is designed for engaged owners who organise their building’s maintenance themselves. It helps with reports, quotes, owner decisions and repair updates. You keep responsibility for running the body corporate, including levies, accounts, meetings and any professional advice you need.
Can one owner get the building started?
Yes. Create your account, add the building address and your lot details, then invite the other owners. They join the same workspace to report issues, follow repairs and take part in decisions. Starting the workspace does not replace your building’s approval requirements.
Does every owner need another app?
Owners create a Bloc account and join the building. They can use email and the dashboard, or connect WhatsApp for private repair reports, replies and updates. WhatsApp is optional; the shared case record stays with the building.
Who reviews messages to trades?
The owner who administers the building reviews Bloc’s prepared quote requests and work orders before they are sent. Other owners take part in the spending decisions. Being the organiser does not replace the required owner approvals.
Can we keep our usual trades?
Yes. Add the contractors your building already trusts and review quote-request recipients before sending. Their email replies stay with the maintenance case.
Does Bloc replace our accounting or professional advice?
Bloc focuses on maintenance coordination. Keep your existing arrangements for levies, accounts, meetings and professional advice. Legal and technical judgements still need the appropriate expertise.
